於11月25日邀請來自美利堅大學國際關係學系Amitav Acharya Distinguished Professor (International Relations at American University, Washington, D.C.) 拜訪中心，Acharya教授就其專題「Is World Order 'Ending,' or Having a New Beginning?」及相關著作進行演講，並開放問答與與會者進行富有深度討論與交流。

an award-winning author and distinguished professor of international affairs at American University. He has written for the for Washington Post, Financial Times, and Foreign Affairs, among many other media outlets, and he has appeared on CNN, NPR, the BBC, and Al Jazeera. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
